With a repetitive foundation, this practice provides opportunity for growth by fusing a strong standing and seated series with the powerful ujjayi breath. Brought to you by Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India – the consistency of this sequence will push you above and beyond perceived physical & emotional boundaries.
