People can agree that a good night’s sleep allows us to function the next day with a clear mind, whereas lack of sleep can result in a murky mind

This workshop will cover topics related to sleep including

1 / normal sleep patterns and common causes of insomnia

2 / how the bedroom, mattress, and pillow can help or hinder sleep 

3 /  natural and practical tools for falling and staying asleep each night

4 / understanding chronotype and managing energy during the day.

The workshop will include informal discussions and opportunity for reflection/ 
journaling/ sharing and and will end with a yoga nidra practice.

The Dragon Dance is a blend of Indian & Daoist Yoga, designed to stimulate & remove blockages to the flow of energy (prana or chi) through directed awareness, the breath & vigorous movements. It is great for people who want a vigorous workout & who want to experience this mystical thing called "energy." It is a whole body workout, & will even challenge your ego. Flexibility is not just a physical quality; we also need flexible minds. Learning the Dragon Dance, will challenge you mentally & will hopefully build neural plasticity in the brain. At some point you may experience the dragon's fire: you will have reached this stage when you begin to sweat. After that, the dance will enter the Yin phase, holding each position for a few breaths, to strengthen & open the joints. The final relaxation will allow the body to marinate in the juicy energies that you stimulated, which will enhance the healing & strengthening process within you.

The intro to yoga workshop is a class for the absolute beginner. We provide a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere for you to learn the basics of yoga, providing you with a foundation to carry into regular drop in classes.

reiki level 1 & 2

Reiki works in all levels of our beings and facilitates therapeutic treatments such as management of stress, depression, anxiety, etc.

In the workshop Lerrita Rubinoff teaches about the chakra system, the concepts of energetic field and aura. Helps you to identify blockages and flow of energy in the body, she will teach you how to protect yourself from negativity of mind, to improve intuition and to connect to your spiritual guides, angels and much more...  


Reiki Level I:

On the very first level of Reiki you will learn how to use Reiki for yourself, loved ones and how to treat animals and plants.

Course includes:

- What is Reiki?

- Brief history

- Introduction to the Energetic system, chakras and aura 

- Reiki to self, family, friends, pets and plants

- How to protect and preserve your energy levels

- Practice sessions: self-treatment; give and receive a session

- The attunement process.

Max 15 students. Fee includes teachings, course manual and certificate of attendance.

Reiki Level II:

Will allow you to treat others and access deeper levels of consciousness. You will learn the three sacred symbols, learn to send Reiki from distance and more. The second degree gives you the option to offer Reiki professionally as a holistic practitioner.

Course includes:

- Three sacred symbols to deepen and increase intuition and healing energy

- How to work deeper with  the chakras, aura and other energetic bodies

- Reiki as a profession and the practical issue of

charging for the treatment.

- Self-healing meditation 

- Distance healing

- Practice sessions: Group healing as receiver and as healer.
