WALL YIN TRAINING



Wall Yin is a series of Yin Yoga postures using the Wall as a prop to effectively increase or decrease the level of stress (tension/compression) in the target area of the particular posture.

During this 3 hour workshop Alan will review and demonstrate approximately 40 variations of Wall Yin postures covering the major target areas of the body.

Each participant will receive a detailed manual including photos of each posture variation.

The workshop will conclude with a Wall Yin Class.
