Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that uses pratyahara (sense withdrawal) techniques to redirect the awareness from the outer world of change to the inner landscape of awareness itself - the unchanging. This is an easeful gateway to meditation.
Please join me for a 6 week series to explore the fundamental teachings of yoga nidra that will lead you gracefully to a seated meditation practice.
