Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that uses pratyahara (sense withdrawal) techniques to redirect the awareness from the outer world of change to the inner landscape of awareness itself - the unchanging. This is an easeful gateway to meditation.
Please join me for a 6 week series to explore the fundamental teachings of yoga nidra that will lead you gracefully to a seated meditation practice.

Small pillow *
Blanket *
Eye Mask *
Yoga Mat

* Please bring if you require them for yoga nidra. The studio has blankets (unless you want to bring your own) and bolsters.
