Jacqui’s passion for being a motivator in fitness started in 2015, where she quickly realized that making a difference in people’s lives was her true calling. She enjoys teaching spin, functional training, HIIT and cardio kickboxing; and you can be rest assured that coming to her classes will be filled with tonnes of energy and guaranteed sweat sessions!

What does Jacqui love doing in her spare time??? I am obsessed with Days of Our Lives!! Yes, I am one of those! Lol But jokes aside; I enjoy spending time with my friends, fiancé and our joyful dog. I also like trying different community fitness classes around YYC. I love to travel, try new exciting flavours in food and really enjoy trying different wines.
