Jamie has always been a seeker, forever questioning and curious, she loves to find out why. She has been practicing yoga consistently for fourteen years and teaching full time for ten. She is trained in multiple disciplines including classical Iyengar, flow, restorative, and yoga nidra. Jamie loves the challenge of yoga, the depth of it, the feeling that she’s only ever scratching the surface… For her a lot of the practice is mental, so expect her classes to be intriguing and challenging for both mind and body.
