Yin Level 2 | Anatomy
Anatomy is the key. Without an understanding of muscles and joints, true confidence in teaching Yin Yoga is elusive.
In this training we will focus on the 14 joint segments, discussing which joints are involved in our Yin postures as well as our range of motion which helps us understand why each person practices poses differently.
Having learned the 14 joint movements we will explore the 10 muscle groups involved in a Yin practice.
