Passage HIIT offers a focused approach to a different muscle group each day of the week. The structure of the class will vary depending on your instructor, but expect to be pushed to the brink of your perceived capacity, then a little bit beyond. Think quick, intense bursts of activity sandwiched with short bouts of rest.

For maximum efficiency + simplicity - we use body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells & a few other toys to challenge the muscles consistently. These workouts are quick & dirty. Short & sweet. Small but mighty.
