CHIT CHAT

Please keep talking to a minimum in the studio & in the hallways outside studio spaces. Take this time to ground yourself, set aside any drama, and connect with the moment before and after practice.

STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES

and with that, be aware of your own unique scent. We ask that practitioners avoid strong smelling deodorants, perfumes, and colognes. We also ask that you clean your mat, clothes, and bodies regularly.

TECHNOLOGIC

Disconnect to reconnect. Please do not use your phones in the studio before or during class. Set your device to silent and place it in one of the studio's cubbies.

CHECK IN

Each time you come in for class, please wait in line at the front desk to be checked in. We're pretty good, and will learn your names quickly, but in respect of everyone, members, staff alike, please wait to be checked in before you head in.  We promise there will be space for you.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING

a hurried mind is a worried mind. Please do your best to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class and stay until after savasana. Space permitting, you will be allowed into class up to 10 minutes after the start time - please be as ninja stealthy as possible so to not disrupt your fellow yogis and yoginis. If you have to leave class early, again, do your best to not disrupt the class by positioning yourself close to the door and let the instructor know ahead of time.
